I DO NOT allow any of my art or commissions to be used/sold/redistributed for cryptocurrency or NFT-related deals, NOR any AI (artificial intelligence) usage.

I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason: if I feel my current skills aren't enough to offer a high-quality work, if it falls under anything I cannot draw (see end of this section), if the commissioner expects an art style different from what I can offer, etc.

Unless discussed otherwise, the commissioned artwork is for personal use only. Please specify before the payment if you'd like to use it as an asset on a monetised platform, so we can re-discuss the terms together and decide of a fee for commercial use.

For original characters or fan outfits of existing media characters, I will not work on the designing part. Please make sure you are able to provide any type of references which showcase the design of the character(s) you are commissioning me to draw. Any visual references will do, which includes photos of existing cloth elements or outfits! (The former doesn't apply if I ever open character design commissions.)

You may request up to 2 minor changes after completion that will be free of charge. Additional revisions will come with fees.

It may take me up to a few weeks to start working on the piece, but if you have a deadline, please let me know beforehand! All I ask for is, no tight deadlines (less than a month.)

Please note that I get exhausted much more easily, especially due to my physical disabilities and health condition. As a result, there are times where I may suddenly be unable to work or have to go at a slower pace. If the workflow may be disrupted by any issues on my end, I will make sure to let you know unless I am unable to communicate at all.

Putting aside my health issues and disabilities, I am first and foremost a human being. Please be respectful and do not pressure me to finish your commission. I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any stage if I feel we are unable to work together.

Payment is made either through Ko-fi or PayPal. in spite of fees, I will keep the pricing identical independently of the payment method—Ko-fi commissions or PayPal invoice.

All commissions must be paid in full before I start working on the cleaned illustration. For a doodle commission, the invoice must be paid in full before I start working on it.

You may request to pay half the agreed price before I start working on the commission at all, but it is not obligatory. It depends on your financial situation and which payment method suits you best.

A maximum of 2 free minor revisions (small colouring changes, any small fixes…) will be allowed to be made on the cleaned artwork; each additional revision will come with a fee (5% of the price for minor revisions, between 10—35% for major revisions.)

Any great change will come with extra charge as well (outfit change, detailed background change, etc.), no matter how many changes were requested before. The fee will be 10—35% of the original price per adjustment, so please be sure about what you'd like as early as possible.

If anything happens on my side and you'd prefer us to cancel the commission, I may refund you if requested in the case where I have already received your invoice. However, If no refund is requested, I will take it as you allow me to keep the received payment.

If the issue preventing me from working on the commission is health-related and a refund was requested, you agree that may refund 50—100% of the full price, following a conversation between both parties.

No refund will be accepted for major changes.

With the customer's consent, I may post the commissioned artwork on my social media. Please do tell me if you would prefer for me not to post the commissioned artwork on my social media at all, or if you would like me to wait until a certain date.

Unless discussed otherwise, the commissioner is allowed to use the artwork for personal use only. Authorised commercial use comes with an additional fee, which is to be discussed between the commissioner and myself. Any unauthorised commercial use of the artwork will be considered copyright infringement.

Commercial use includes promoting yourself on a platform such as Twitch or YouTube, sharing the art only to supporters on any platform. It does not include making merch, reselling or redistributing the commissioned artwork.

If the commissioner owns the character(s) featured on the piece, they are allowed to claim the right of their character(s), but not the artwork itself.

Taking credit for the creation of the artwork, removing any watermark and altering the artwork without asking beforehand will be considered copyright infringement as well.

The commissioner may use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given.

Blinking animation (see example 01): +5 EUR fee

Painted background (standard & semi-chibi styles only): +10-20 EUR fee

Decorated background (see examples 01 | 02 | 03): +5 EUR fee

Use as assets on monetised platforms: +30 EUR fee

Sparkles/sprinklings: free of charge!

Digital Pen lineart (see example 01): −20% of the full price**
